Shipping Policy
Orders usually ship from our studio the same or the next business day. Check your product's desrcription to confirm if additional time is needed to create your item "made-to-order".

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates provided by Wix are based on expedited delivery options and don’t take into account our processing time or weekends/holidays. We do not offer refunds in the case of the order being delayed and not arriving for a trip deadline.

Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for arrival after shipping.

Please TRIPLE check your address. Please make sure that your saved address on Wix is your current address because we will ship your order by default to your saved address. *If you entered the wrong address, please contact us right away. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped, NO exceptions. We don’t offer refunds due to incorrect addresses given at checkout as the order is printed same day.

Exchanges/Refunds are granted if the incorrect item has been sent by the seller.

If you have a question regarding sizing, please contact us before ordering. Sizing issues can not be refunded or exchanged, there are no exceptions.
